headlines

With newspapers, the first word is capitalized; others are lowercased unless style or grammar calls for capitalization. The first word after a colon is capitalized if what follows expresses a complete thought. With magazines, since headlines are display type, all words other than articles, conjunctions and prepositions of three letters or fewer are capitalized in the feature section. Avoid the use of first names in headlines.

Use single quotation marks in headlines and subheadlines/decks.
