Campus Partner: Office of the Provost

With the launch of Here and Next (the university’s strategic plan), we needed a campaign that would help activate the WashU community into bringing the vision to life in a multi-year process.

Our strategy had a singular focus: assist the Provost’s office in building buzz and excitement for the rollout phase of Here and Next, and invite the WashU community to find their place in the plan.

The Here and Next website is designed using the campaign’s unique branding. Visual elements are pulled in throughout the site to be consistent with the rest of the campaign communications.

As the central hub for Here and Next, the site is designed to evolve over time. At launch, the focus was on inviting the university community to share in the vision and to find their place in the plan. Upcoming Here and Next events are also prominently featured on the home page. As progress is made for each of the initiatives, updates and milestones will also be posted.

A series of custom email templates were created including invitations, updates and reminders that were sent to a wide array of stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff and the Med School.

A Here and Next section was added to Happenings, as well as a Here and Next tab on the homepage for easy access to upcoming events.

Our multimedia team provided photography during the launch event.

We provided design and logistics support for the event. Our team designed swag stickers, banners for the launch event, table tents, wayfinding signs, Student Life ads, and pole banners for use on campus.
