Members of the WashU community who would like a custom subdomain or email address should review the guidelines for subdomains, then begin the process by filling out the appropriate request form below.
Danforth Campus request process
Please submit your request for a domain name or email address (shared mailbox) directly to WashU IT via ServiceNow. If you have any questions, please contact ithelp@wustl.edu or 314-933-3333. Once you have submitted your request, MarComm will review it and reach out to you for any needed details.
